Fishwife's salmon comes from Kvarøy Arctic in Norway — Fair Trade USA certified, raised without antibiotics in the icy Arctic circle. It's brined, slow-smoked over beechwood, maple, and birch, and hand-packed at a fifth-generation family cannery on the Washington coast.
Fly By Jing's Sweet & Spicy Zhong is a Sichuan-inspired chili sauce built on dried chilies, black vinegar, sesame, and Sichuan pepper — sweet, tangy, spicy, and deeply aromatic. Together with the smoky salmon it creates something greater than the sum of its parts.
