Repair Services
Resoling
Worn-out soles are the most common repair we do. We replace both rubber and leather soles, restoring grip, comfort, and structure while keeping the uppers and welt intact. A good resole can add years to a pair of boots or shoes you've already broken in.
Heel Replacement
Worn-down heels affect both comfort and posture. We rebuild and replace heels on dress shoes, boots, and casual footwear — rubber and leather.
Welt Repair
The welt is the strip of material that joins the upper to the sole. When it separates or cracks, the structural integrity of the whole shoe is at risk. We resew and reglue welts before resoling to ensure the repair lasts.
Stitching & Seam Repair
Broken stitching on uppers, toe boxes, and seams can be repaired before the damage spreads. Catching a failing seam early is almost always less expensive than waiting.
Stretching
Shoes that are too tight in the toe box, across the ball of the foot, or at a pressure point can often be stretched to improve comfort. We work on leather and most other materials.
Cleaning & Conditioning
Professional cleaning and conditioning removes dirt, salt, and buildup while restoring moisture to leather uppers and footbeds. Recommended seasonally for footwear you rely on.

We specialize in Birkenstock repair using genuine Birkenstock replacement parts — resoling, footbed replacement, cork sealing, buckle replacement, and more. Mail-in service available nationwide.
