Mail-In Repair — Simple & Straightforward

Can't make it to Gualala? No problem. We accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the US.

Call or email us to describe your repair needs. We'll confirm the service, give you a total, and provide our mailing address.

Pack & Ship

Pack your Birkenstocks securely and ship them to us. Include your name, phone number, and a note describing the repairs requested.

We Get to Work

Your sandals are repaired by hand using genuine Birkenstock parts. Typical turnaround is approximately two weeks from receipt.

We Ship Back

Once complete we contact you to arrange payment and ship your repaired sandals back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated based on your location at the time of return. We recommend insuring your outgoing shipment for its replacement value.
