Why Utah Birkenstocks Need Attention

Utah's high altitude dry climate is one of the harshest environments for Birkenstock cork in the country. Low humidity accelerates surface drying and cracking — cork loses moisture faster at elevation than in wetter climates and becomes brittle without regular sealing.
