The Village Cobblery & Provisions is a working cobbler shop on Highway 1 in Gualala, California. We've been repairing footwear on the Mendocino Coast since 1983. Once you're ready:
- Pack your Birkenstocks securely — wrap each shoe individually, use a snug box, include a note with your name, contact info, and what you'd like done
- Ship via USPS Priority Mail for the most cost-effective option with tracking included
- We repair your pair by hand using genuine Birkenstock parts and contact you when the work is complete
- We arrange payment and ship your sandals back — free return shipping on all orders $75 and up
Most repairs are completed within approximately two weeks of receiving your shoes.
