The result is a dipping oil that's ready to go straight from the bottle.
Olive Branch Oil & Spice is a specialty producer focused on small-batch fused and infused oils packaged in recyclable Italian glass bottles. This one is built for bread — but works just as well drizzled over hummus, roasted vegetables, or grilled flatbread.
Pour into a shallow dish and dip with good bread or pita. Drizzle over hummus, labneh, or roasted cauliflower. Use as a finishing oil for grilled chicken or lamb.
