These stuffed peppers are a staple of Spanish cuisine, made here with Bonito del Norte white tuna from the Cantabrian Sea — considered the finest tuna in Spain — and packed in a rich tomato, butter, and wine sauce.
Serve warm, straight from the tin or gently heated in a pan. Exceptional alongside crusty bread, over rice, or as a starter with a glass of Albariño.
