A collaboration between two heritage grain specialists. Hayden Flour Mills partnered with Masienda — the heirloom corn experts — to produce a 50/50 blend of Olotillo Blanco heirloom corn from Oaxaca and White Sonora heritage wheat from Arizona. The result is a tortilla with real puff, real flavor, and a texture that store-bought masa will never match.
Hayden Flour Mills has been reviving forgotten Arizona heritage grains since 2009. Masienda sources single-origin heirloom corn directly from small farms in Mexico. Together they've made a tortilla flour that honors both traditions. Each bag makes 24 six-inch tortillas.
