Arbequina is one of the great olive varietals — originally from Catalonia, Spain, with a flavor profile that's distinctly its own. Light and fresh on the nose, buttery and creamy through the middle, with a gentle peppery finish. Unfiltered and naturally settled, with less than 0.4% acidity. An excellent all-purpose oil that works equally well for cooking, finishing, and dipping.
Olive Branch Oil & Spice sources single-origin, first-pressed Arbequina olives and packages them in recyclable Italian glass bottles. Harvest date fall 2024. Clean, honest olive oil with no additives and nothing to hide.
