Xilli

Xilli is the work of Nacxi Gaxiola — a chef-researcher with nearly 20 years specializing in authentic Mexican cuisine. Based in Brooklyn, every product is made by hand in small batches using centuries-old recipes, traditional techniques, and ingredients sourced from the regions they come from. The name comes from the original Nahuatl word for chile. The products follow that lineage — salsas, moles, escabeches, and adobos that represent Mexican culinary heritage as it exists in Mexican kitchens, not as it gets interpreted for export. Vegan, gluten-free, all natural, no preservatives. Available in store at 39111 Hwy 1, Gualala, CA — Tuesday through Saturday, 10AM to 5PM — and online with shipping nationwide.
