Marshall's Haute Sauce is a woman-owned, small-batch hot sauce company founded in Portland, Oregon in 2011 by Sarah and Dirk Marshall. Every bottle is made by Sarah using produce sourced directly from her neighbors at the Portland Farmers Market and artisan producers across NW Oregon and SW Washington. No binders, additives, or fillers — just vegetables, vinegar, spices, and sometimes local honey. Every bottle is hand-stamped with a batch number. Sarah does all sauce-making and flavor development.
